All items are carefully packaged on the Charlie and Fox premises prior to shipping with Australia post from NSW 2474 unless otherwise specified. You should receive tracking information at the time of dispatch, however if you would like to follow up on the status of your order at any time, please get in touch via email at email@example.com.
Domestic orders should arrive within 7-10 days of postage within Australia, however delays may be incurred during times of high processing within Australia post. This includes but is not limited to Christmas and New Years, and at present at the time of writing, disruption due to COVID-19.
International orders are facing delays due to COVID-19, and may take up to 4-6 weeks to arrive. In addition to this, there are some countries which we are not able to send to as the shipping service to this area has been temporarily suspended with Australia Post. This is reviewed regularly and where shipping options to these countries become available, they will be added.
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
To start a return, you can contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
