When does the sale start?

Our Black Friday sale will go live at 10am AEDT Tuesday 19th Nov (this is 6pm EST Monday 18th Nov for our friends on the other side of the world), keep an eye on the countdown above too!

What offers can I expect during the sale?

We're gearing up for an epic sale! Expect up to 60% off sitewide, free gifts, plus maybe even a giveaway or two!

Can I return/exchange items ordered during the sale?

Please note that all Black Friday sale items are final and can’t be returned or exchanged. If you have any questions about your order though, we’re here to help!

Am I able to use additional discounts on sale items?

As we're planning on having a super generous sale, we won't have any other discounts active during this time.

Hold onto any discount codes you have though! These can be used at any time outside of the sale.

Will you be restocking any items ahead of the sale?

We will have small numbers of restocks on selected items in early November. If you'd like to check if a particular design/item will be restocked, please drop your question in the chat box at the bottom left of your screen and we'll check it & get back to you within 24 hours.

How long will my order take to ship?

While we'll be doing our best to get your orders out as quick as possible during this time, please note there may be slight delays (we're just a small team!)

We expect all orders to be shipped within 3-5 business days during the sale period.
