Australia/Canada/UK/NZ/Rest of World: All items are carefully packaged from our warehouse in Australia.

United States: All items are carefully packaged and shipped from our warehouse in California.

Processing times
We aim to get your new treasures on the way as quickly as possible, and our standard processing times are 2-3 business days during normal operational times. 

Postal fees
Postal fees are automatically calculated at the checkout. You should receive tracking information at the time of dispatch, however if you would like to follow up on the status of your order at any time, please get in touch via email at hello@charlieandfox.com.au.

Taxes - Australia
We automatically collect GST for orders within Australia, and these are included in the displayed product price.

Taxes - United Kingdom
We automatically collect VAT for orders to the United Kingdom, and these are included in the displayed product price.

EU Shipping 
Please note that as of 1st July, we have paused EU shipping while we navigate the recent changes to shipping charges and customs duties
