Review and Win Terms & Conditions

Eligibility: Open worldwide to customers who are 18 years or older, or with parents permission, who have made a purchase from the Charlie & Fox website. Employees of Charlie & Fox and their immediate family members are not eligible to participate.

Entry Period: The giveaway starts 12:01am AEST on the 1st of every month, and ends 11:59pm AEST at the end of every month.

How to Enter: Participants must leave a review of their purchase from the Charlie & Fox online store on the Charlie & Fox website during the calendar month. Note that the purchase itself does not have to be from the calendar month, and can be a prior purchase that has not yet been reviewed.

Winner Selection: Winner will be selected randomly from all reviews submitted during the calendar month, and the winner will be contacted via email no later than 7 days after the month ends.

Prize: The prize is one (1) $100AUD digital gift card to the Charlie & Fox online store. Prize is non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash or other items. If the contacted winner does not wish to receive the prize, a second winner will be drawn and contacted.

Notification: The winner will be notified via email within 7 days of the month ending. If the winner does not respond within 7 days, an alternate winner will be selected.

Prize Delivery: The $100AUD gift card will be issued digitally via email by Charlie and Fox.

Privacy: All personal information collected will be used solely for the purposes of this giveaway and will be handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

Liability: Charlie and Fox is not responsible for any technical issues, shipping delays, or other circumstances beyond its control that may impact the giveaway or the winner's receipt of the prize.

Disqualification: Charlie and Fox reserves the right to disqualify any entry that does not adhere to these terms or is found to be fraudulent or inappropriate.

Changes to Terms: Charlie and Fox reserves the right to amend or cancel the giveaway at any time without prior notice.
