Where do you ship to?

We ship to nearly every country around the world from two locations:
California - for USA orders
Australia - for Aus and rest of world (including Canada, NZ, UK and Europe)

When will my order ship?

We aim to get all orders out as soon as possible to ensure you get your new treasures quickly. Our standard turnaround time is 2-3 business days. Please note: in busier times (like on collection release days and sale events) this can take that extra day or two.
All orders are shipped (with love) from us here in Australia.

Do you offer custom designs?

Unfortunately we don't offer one-off* custom designs. However, we are always open to suggestions for future releases so don't hesitate to let us know what you'd love to see in our range!
